With a sponge-like texture, morels are used often in French dishes, for their meaty and nutty flavor. It pairs wonderfully with any recipe that has lots of butter in it! Use in omelets, chicken dishes, braised meats, creamy soups and buttery sauces. Soak dried morel mushrooms in warm water for approximately 30 minutes before use.
