What are your shipping fees?
On orders below $200 dollars we charge $25 for Standard Mail and $40 for Express Mail (Overnight). For any order over $200, the shipping is free. We ship our orders via UPS, USPS and Xpress Post (handled by Discreet Dropoff) and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a little longer to reach you.

My package “Required Signature” Why was this asked of me?

My package is going to the wrong destination when tracked
If you’re tracking your package on the Delivery Dropoff website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
